wall grinder accessories buying guide
Four consumables and spares keep a wall grinder profitable: grinding cups, carbon brushes, dust bags and extension poles. Here's exactly what fits each CIR-series machine.

one brush SKU covers four machines
The CIR-13, CIR-16, CIR-32 and CIR-34L share one universal carbon brush set (MOQ 100 sets). Cups: 105mm M14 is the wall-grinding standard, 180mm for fast removal on open surfaces.
the CIR-series wall grinder line
Cirelto's wall grinders share one family trait: an M14 spindle and a 105mm or 180mm cup. The CIR-16 Concrete Rough Grinder and CIR-13 Straight-Handle Roughing Mill are the workhorses; the CIR-32 (corded) and CIR-34L (cordless) are the 3-wheel models for larger areas. Because the mount is shared, most accessories below are interchangeable across all four.
choose the machine first — the three 2026 lines
Accessories only make money if the machine underneath them is the right one for your market. The 2026 wall grinder range adds three dust-free lines, each with its own full machine spec page. They are listed under the factory's own ZX codes while CIR-series codes are being assigned — the consumables guidance below applies to the whole family.
| machine | motor | no-load | weight | best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3-wheel dust-free (CI-G750) | 750W | 800–1750 r/min | 3.6 kg | all-round wall sanding, lightest fleet SKU |
| 4-wheel dust-free (CI-G750B) | 750W | 800–1750 r/min | 3.9 kg | wide walls, flatter tracking on long passes |
| large-disc (CI-G180) | 1400W | 800–1800 r/min | 2.5 kg | 180mm hook & loop pad — fast disc passes on plaster and putty |
All three collect dust at the head: the CI-G750 and CI-G750B run a vacuum-shrouded wheel base with hose extraction, and the CI-G180 extracts through its pad shroud. For distributors, that matters commercially — a dust-free claim is now table stakes on renovation-focused markets, and every machine in the range ships with collection built in rather than sold as an add-on.
1. grinding cups — the tool of the trade
105mm (4") double-row cups are the daily driver for concrete wall grinding — fast stock removal at a 12,250 RPM wheel rating. 180mm (7") cups suit big open pours and flatter surfaces. Both are M14 threaded and fit the CIR-13, CIR-16, CIR-32 and CIR-34L. Buy in 5mm or 7mm segment heights; 7mm lasts longer between changes. Choose double-row for concrete, turbo for stone and marble finishing. Our diamond grinding cup wheels start at MOQ 30-50 pcs per size. The CI-G180 is the exception in the range: it takes 180mm hook & loop pads, not cups — hook & loop sanding discs are stocked separately, so confirm the pad diameter with us before you pair them.
2. carbon brushes — the scheduled replacement
Brush wear is silent until the motor starts arcing. One universal carbon brush set (MOQ 100 sets) covers the CIR-16, CIR-32, CIR-17 and CIR-13 — so a single SKU keeps your whole wall-grinder fleet running. Replace brushes when sparking increases or length drops below 5-6mm; stocking one set per machine in the spares box turns a breakdown into a two-minute swap instead of a dead tool on site.
3. dust bags — protect the operator, not just the job
Grinding concrete is grinding crystalline silica — a dust bag is a health-control measure, not a luxury. The universal dust collection bag (MOQ 50 pcs) fits the CIR-16, CIR-32, CIR-34L and the CIR-17 wall planer, and clips to the extraction port on the machine. Bags are the highest-churn consumable in the range after cups: they tear, they clog, and crews replace them far more often than they plan to. The 2026 ZX lines extract through a hose to a vacuum rather than a bag — if you stock those machines, pair them with a wet/dry vacuum SKU instead.
4. extension poles — reach ceilings without scaffolding
A 2-4m telescopic 6061-aluminum extension pole (MOQ 30 pcs) attaches to the grinder handle so one operator can dress ceilings and high walls from the floor. Fits the CIR-16, CIR-32 and CIR-34L — and also the CIR-39L troweling machine. On soffit and ceiling work the pole pays for itself in the first day of scaffolding it eliminates.
stocking the spares box — the five-SKU starter
A wall grinder category is really five SKUs deep. The minimum viable stock plan for a distributor entering the category: one machine line, cups in two grits (or hook & loop pads if you take the CI-G180), one brush set per machine, dust bags in bulk, and poles for the ceiling-work crowd. Every one of those five is a repeat purchase — the machine sells once, the consumables sell for the life of the fleet. MOQ floors are low enough to start narrow and expand by what moves: cups from 30-50 pcs, bags from 50, poles from 30, brush sets from 100.
faq
What grinding cup fits a wall grinder?
Wall grinders like the CIR-16 Concrete Rough Grinder take 105mm (4") or 180mm (7") diamond cup wheels with M14 thread. 105mm is the standard for wall grinding; 180mm removes material faster on open surfaces. Both mount with an M14 spindle.
How often should I replace carbon brushes on a wall grinder?
Carbon brushes are a consumable: replace them when the motor sparking increases noticeably or the brush length falls below 5-6mm. The CIR-13, CIR-16, CIR-32 and CIR-17 all use the same universal carbon brush set, so stocking one SKU covers several machines.
Can I use a dust bag with a cordless wall grinder?
Yes. The universal dust collection bag fits the CIR-16, CIR-32, CIR-34L and CIR-17 wall planer. It clips onto the extraction port and captures most concrete dust before it reaches the air — important because concrete dust is a silica hazard.
What is the difference between a 3-wheel and a 4-wheel dust-free wall grinder?
Both run the same 750W motor at 800-1750 r/min — the difference is the base and the weight. The 3-wheel (model CI-G750) weighs 3.6 kg and is the lighter all-rounder; the 4-wheel (CI-G750B) weighs 3.9 kg and tracks flatter on wide wall passes. Both come in red and yellow, 4 units per carton.
Which wall grinder should I stock for sanding disc work?
The large-disc wall grinder (CI-G180) runs a 180mm hook & loop pad instead of cup wheels — 1400W, 800-1800 r/min, 2.5 kg. It is the faster choice for sanding-disc passes on plaster and putty; the cup-wheel machines stay the tool for concrete stock removal.
