MOQs from 10 pcs — mixed into one container
Per-SKU minimums run 10–200 pcs/sets. Samples in 5–7 days via DHL/FedEx; 30% T/T deposit + 70% before shipment; L/C above $10,000.
1. MOQ — think per-SKU, not per-order
Every product has its own minimum, and they differ widely: vibrating ruler scrapers from 10 pcs, troweling discs and vibrator heads from 20 pcs, grinding cups from 30-50 pcs, hook & loop sanding discs at 200 pcs. The one-stop model exists because few buyers need 200 of everything — we combine multiple SKUs in a single mixed-container order so you can hit sensible order sizes across your whole list at once.
2. samples — de-risk before you commit
A 5-7 day DHL/FedEx sample shipment is the cheapest insurance you can buy. Evaluate the product against your own machines and tolerances, check the packaging quality, then place the bulk order. Sample fees are deducted from your first bulk order, so the test isn't a sunk cost. We also verify accessory-to-tool compatibility before you order — send a photo of your machine and we'll confirm the right parts fit before you pay.
3. payment — standard terms, low exposure
The standard is 30% deposit with 70% before shipment (T/T), which caps your exposure until your goods are actually ready to ship. Orders above $10,000 can run on an L/C instead. Invoices are in USD, EUR or RMB. The balance-before-shipment structure exists for both sides: we don't release goods you haven't paid for, and you don't pay in full before production exists.
4. logistics — one container, one customs set
All products consolidate at our Wenzhou warehouse and ship via Wenzhou, Ningbo or Shanghai. Ocean transit is typically 15-30 days to most world ports. The advantage of consolidation: one set of customs documents for the entire order instead of five shipments from five factories — less paperwork, less freight, fewer things to go wrong.
5. OEM — private label when you're ready
Once you've sold through a couple of bulk orders, the next step is your own brand. We offer three OEM levels: private label on standard packaging (MOQ 50 pcs), full custom packaging design (MOQ 1,000 pcs), and custom product specs from your drawings. Turnaround is 10-20 days depending on complexity.
