Cirelto is the power tools & accessories brand of Wenzhou Tailing Tools Import and Export Co., Ltd., headquartered in Wenzhou, Zhejiang — part of China's hardware and power tool manufacturing belt. Established in 2025, the company is led by a founder with years of import-export trading experience in hardware tools, serving buyers mainly across Europe and the Americas. We saw a recurring problem: international buyers were wasting time and money sourcing machines and accessories from multiple disconnected suppliers.
Our solution: consolidate the best factories under one roof. Today we partner with 10+ specialized manufacturers across Wenzhou and Jinhua, offering seven product lines across wall preparation, concrete finishing and mixing — machines and the accessories that fit them — all accessible through a single point of contact, one shipment, one invoice.
Today the range is deliberately narrow: seven product lines, twelve SKUs across wall preparation, concrete finishing and mixing tools - the CI-G750 and CI-G750B dust-free wall grinders, the CI-G180 large-disc grinder, the electric wall planer, the SS-2 cordless vibrating screed, the CI-M1600/2100 mortar mixers and the M14 mixing paddle family. Narrow on purpose: the lines we list are the lines our partner factories build consistently, batch after batch.
what we supply today
Twelve SKUs across seven product lines - every one of them wholesale, every one quotable from a single procurement list. The wall preparation side covers the CI-G750 3-wheel and CI-G750B 4-wheel dust-free grinders (750W), the CI-G180 large-disc grinder (1400W, 180mm pad) and the electric wall planer (1680W, 150mm). Concrete finishing covers the SS-2 cordless vibrating screed (21V, 1.5-2.0m rulers). The mixing side covers the CI-M1600 and CI-M2100 mortar mixers and the M14 paddle family in three diameters. MOQ is 10 pcs per SKU, machines and accessories alike.

We don't own factories, we curate them. Each partner factory is vetted for quality consistency, export documentation, and on-time delivery. All factories are within a 100km radius of our Wenzhou consolidation warehouse.
Vetting covers three gates before a factory enters the network: quality consistency across production runs, complete export documentation, and on-time delivery under order pressure. Every first order is de-risked the same way - samples of any SKU ship in 5-7 days via DHL/FedEx, the deposit is 30% by T/T with the balance due before shipment, and L/C is available above $10,000.

We de-risk every first order: samples ship in 5-7 days via DHL/FedEx so you test before committing, and standard terms are 30% deposit with 70% before shipment (T/T) - or L/C above $10,000 - so exposure is capped until goods are ready.
